	ROY WESTON CONFERENCE "The Roy Weston Real Estate Group holds its Managers and Leaders Conference each year with a focus on reinforcing the Group’s team spirit and camaraderie. We find it an enormous challenge each year to identify a speaker of suitable quality and integrity to present to our Managers and Leaders. This is made even more difficult by the fact that we are in Western Australia and also that we usually have our conference at a venue outside of Perth. This year, on the recommendation of another highly respected International speaker, we pursued the services of Rupert McCall. This decision was made with some trepidation as we were concerned about setting a poet loose on our highly motivated and mobile leaders, but we went ahead and signed for Rupert to spend two days with our people at the Karri Valley Resort south of Perth. Rupert did an absolutely wonderful job of entertaining and motivating our people in his own unique manner and style but more than this, he quickly became a member of the team participating in many of the activities and genuinely getting to know those present at the conference. Rupert far exceeded our high expectations and then went beyond the call of duty. In summary, Rupert is a speaker of the highest quality but just as importantly he exudes true integrity and a passion for everything Australian.
